We are looking for a proactive and passionate Fulfilment Associate to join our growing team and help us deliver our products to our customers. The day-to-day responsibilities include order picking and packing, the movement of orders ready to ship to the reception area of the building for collection and the assistance in the movement of stock and components where required. Light assembly of some other products will also be required.

This role will be varied and give the successful applicant the opportunity to learn in depth, grow and be a part of a company that is trying to positively impact the world.

You will also be working directly alongside our Production Director and Production Team to oversee fulfilment of Briiv.

In this role you will be working in all areas of the warehouse including goods in, maintaining of stock held and goods out. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. Full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure all products are allocated to the correct customer order

· Prepare and pack orders according to company standards

· Engage in light assembly of products

· Prepare orders prior to collection by courier

· Adhere to the quality control measures set

· Receiving and logging deliveries

· Assisting with processing returns

· Assisting with carrying out product repairs

· Generating shipping labels

General Responsibilities

· Using software including but not limited to: Excel, Podio, Shopify, MRPeasy Full training will be given on each of these.

· Ensuring that internal systems and records are kept up to date.

· Help other team members when needed and/or required

· Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area free of rubbish ensuring products/components are stored in the correct locations
