The Fulfilment Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, inventory management and coordinating the kit production process. You will ensure that all products are handled and packed correctly, accurately tracked, and effectively distributed. Your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide supervision of warehouse staff (permanent & temp) to ensure all departmental objectives are achieved through:
- Scheduling work and assigning tasks
- Staff absence management
- Team Building
- Warehouse staff training (including temps)
- Timekeeping
- Control and monitor the kit production processes and company procedures on:
- Working practices and efficiency
- Budget
- Stock Management
- Storage of stock
- Checking barcodes and batch codes
- Total labour used and time monitoring
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular safety inspections:
- Health and Safety guidelines
- Cleaning and housekeeping
- Security
- Monitor inventory levels and inbound stock to eliminate production delays.
- Make recommendations for replenishment as needed.
- Ensure all internal fulfilment is completed as per agreed scheduling and to the required standard.
- High level of quality control is required.
6. To recommend necessary improvements to processes and controls when identified.
7. Assist with general stock counts and annual stock takes. 8. Complete the on-site induction for all new staff
