As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be building the future of healthcare. They envisage a solution that can support the NHS in making data-driven decisions, support front-line healthcare workers in making safer, more informed decisions, and empower patients to better engage with their own care.

You will be focusing on delivery and working directly with our partners and customers to identify the necessary activities required to complete each client’s implementation and follow through to ensure that the activities are performed in a timely, high-quality manner. This will be almost entirely a hands-on development role, and everyone is involved in designing architecture, helping lead workstreams, and sharing knowledge with your peers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical web applications that align with our strategic goals.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the robustness, usability, and reliability of the software.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in Tailwind, React.js, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript & PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in building intuitive user interfaces with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks and knowledgeable in web fundamentals to create cross-platform, crossbrowser compatible applications.
- Familiar with software development methodologies and version control (BitBucket), continuous integration (Jenkins), and project management tools (Jira).
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders, and strong collaboration skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- The capacity to adapt to new technologies and challenges with a forward-thinking mindset and eagerness to contribute innovative solutions to the development process.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) is desirable.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including experience in implementing security protocols and data protection measures.
- Experience in healthcare technology or working with clinical systems is a plus.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
