Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation partner with a range of global customers, working closely with major airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, Iberia, Vueling, Air Canada, Etihad and Qatar.
What will I be doing?
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Applications Developer to build and implement MRO Systems. You will work with other Developers and stakeholders throughout the software development process. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience in Full Stack development and popular coding languages (e.g. .NET, C# and SQL).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Work individually and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for web-based applications and systems
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust web solutions using the .NET framework
  • Utilise front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Implement server-side logic and database integration using Entity, C#, and SQL Server
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and best practices
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with software design and development in a Full Stack development environment.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core/Blazor, Web API, and Entity Framework for backend development.
  • Understanding of mobile applications development specifically targeting Windows Tablets (UWP, WPF, .NET MAUI).
  • Understanding of frameworks such as Angular or React to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience using modern third party UI components (Progress Telerik.NET).
  • Familiarity with report creation using SSRS.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Attention to detail
