We are all about making our residents feel at home, and we do this by promoting their independence. We like to give our clients the choice of meals, clothing and activities, because who knows what they fancy more than themselves?
With several our residents being elderly, frail and some suffering from dementia, they can already be limited as to what they can do for themselves. We don’t want to take any more choices away from them if we can help it.
When we do decide to ramp it up a little and enjoy ourselves, we put on live entertainment and music events, which always go down well with our residents.
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our excellent team, where we can offer you flexible shifts and guaranteed minimum of 20hrs per week. With our home being ‘medium-sized’, we always count on our staff to support each other, as well as our residents. It goes without saying that we need all of our staff to be caring, professional and positive individuals, who are keen to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
