This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for preparing high-quality food, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen. The successful applicant will have experience in a commercial kitchen and have an obsesive eye for detail. He or she will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to the high expecations of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment running your own section during busy services
- Preparing sauces, fresh produce and meat for the weeks/days service
- Create and prepare food items according to the spec book
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and grounds
- Drive sales out our new venue
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
