Full Time College Receptionist

Position: Full-Time Receptionist Location: Egham Salary: £14 per hour
This is a fantastic chance to join our team and make a meaningful contribution. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and directing them accordingly
• Managing incoming calls and correspondence
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
• Providing support to other departments as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• DBS check required
