HeadStart Clinics are recruiting for a Full-Time Employed Sports Massage Therapist at our Cambridge Clinic.

NOTE: We are specifically a Sports Massage Clinic and not a general massage clinic. Therefore do not apply if you want to use Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, etc!

For most Sports Massage therapists they have to work self-employed, run a business as well as figure out how to help their clients, with little to no support from colleagues all with the stress of not getting paid if you are sick, ill or injured!

We have an entire back office team to help support you with your therapist admin as well as a fantastic 4 therapist strong team for the clients.

It’s important that you’re a good fit for our team. These are the qualities that we look for and that you can demonstrate:
Keen to learn - be that your clinical work, or outside of the treatment room
Accountable - you understand that your results are down to you. You enjoy taking responsibility for your own actions, and love seeing how that helps you improve!
Enjoy working with clients - this might be a given, but you’re enthusiastic, welcoming and your clients enjoy working with you in return
Good manual skills and clinical reasoning - you love to geek out about our work. You’re curious when something doesn’t go as expected and excited about the opportunity to learn what’s going on and how to create change with a client.
All levels of experience considered - will also consider Level 5 students due to qualify in the next 6-10 weeks
JOB ROLE
This is a full-time 37.5hrs employed role.
You’ll be at the clinic during this time working with clients, alongside our current team. You’ll be expected to help with the running of the clinic, keep up to date with your client-related admin and help to develop the business with our external events, etc.
