Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the Farm and ensuring the smooth operation of The Bus Stop.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Upkeep/maintenance of machinery (Everything from tractors to strimmers)
- Maintenance of holiday homes (Painting, roof repairs etc)
- Looking after and assisting with farm animals (Goats, Alpacas, Sheep and Chickens)
- General upkeep of holiday site
- Hot tub maintenance
- Log processing
- Grass cutting and gardens upkeep
- Interacting with holidays guests when necessary
Requirements
- Good communication
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic approach to teamwork
- Ability to undertake strenuous physical tasks
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Full time, Monday to Friday. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Occasional weekend work at busy times paid with overtime.
This role is fully onsite and therefore it is beneficial for the candidate to be within commuting distance of The Bus Stop.
Salary dependent on previous experience. Between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum.
