The Britannia has just undergone a full refurbishment and looks amazing, this is a great opportunity for a chef to launch and amazing pub grub menu, alongside serving roasts on a Sunday. The Full Time Head Cook/ Chef, must be willing to work, Lunchtimes, Evenings and Weekends. We are a Traditional Pub serving Homecooked Pub Food, Tuesday evening through to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to create a traditional Menu & Weekly Specials.
Your role will include, menu prep, food prep, batch cooking, plating up, temp controls etc, health and safety procedures and Kitchen cleanliness. The pub is beautiful and will be busy

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
