duties includes joinery, handyman, small repairs, plumbing, groundwork’s, painting, basic plumbing skills, handyman duties, change door handles, change tiles and doors, replace carpet tiles, touch ups, fully skilled on varies tasks
You will also be required to carry out some window cleaning if required
You will be required to work away at times
