NIGHT PORTER
Are you responsible, disciplined with an attention to detail?
We’re searching for an organised and meticulous Night Porter to manage our night desk from 10pm to 7am.
You will be well-presented, cordial and articulate with our guests during the early hours. You will greet late arrivals in Reception, complete check-in or even create - that Coffee, that leaves the guest in awe.
You will be available two to three shifts per week, flexible in your approach to scheduling and be open to working weekends. Previous night experience is essential, however not necessarily in hospitality.
This role includes responsibility for security, setting function rooms up for upcoming events, storing furniture as well as equipment. Carrying out our standard end-of-day procedures, as well as logging all events during your shift is essential. You will produce audit reports and maintain our high standards of security at all times. Cleaning of the Bar, Reception and function rooms is an integral part of your shift.
You’ll provide first-class customer service, whilst working alone, knowing that all of your tasks have been completed, ready for your team members the next Morning.
