You must be able to implement and monitor behaviour management strategies and contribute to school wide knowledge and skills in behaviour management. Responsibilities: • 1:1 support or small groups • Provide support for learning activities by supporting the teacher in the planning and evaluation of learning activities and supporting the delivery learning activities • Support the maintenance of pupil safety and security Requirements: • Successful applicates must have an enhanced DBS or willing for Axcis to apply for one on applicant’s behalf (£44.74) • Must have a minimum of x2 references • Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults with specials needs is essential.
