Salary Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Key Stage 3 and 4)

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
Provide targeted assistance to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, both in groups and on an individual basis.

Assist in the planning and execution of educational activities to enhance students' understanding and skills.
Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, specifically with Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development of young people.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and create an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Relevant experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Safeguarding and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
