Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate flexibility, working independently or collaboratively based on the needs of the classroom.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Exhibit proficiency in spoken and written English, aiding effective communication with both students and staff.
- Provide targeted support for children with specific needs, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Adjust teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning abilities within the class.
- Offer constructive feedback to both students and staff members.
- Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to enhance skills and stay updated with educational strategies.
- Collaborate with parents/carers and external professional agencies when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS to Year 6.
- Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in the classroom.
- Proficient in behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
