£60,000 - £100,000 + bonus, shares, 30 days holiday + BH, 15% pension.

More specifically, £50million is going into the tech division to start this massive transformation which we are supporting the growth of.

We're embarking on an exciting phase in Bristol, forming several new teams for greenfield projects aimed at reducing the companies carbon footprint and updating products and services with modern technology. We're seeking experienced engineers, ranging from strong Mid-level to Principal level.

You should feel comfortable in exploring new tech beyond your core skills, be willing to learn, and passionate about collaboration. You'll play a key role in developing and enhancing applications, working closely with product and engineering teams on exciting challenges. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining high-quality and engineering practices as part of their transformation strategy.

What we're looking for:

Experience in at least one of the following:

• Backend technologies (Java and ideally Go/Golang)
• Frontend technologies (React)
• Designing/refining system architecture
• Using cloud platforms and technologies (Ideally GCP but AWS or Azure is fine)

Salary is between £60,000 - £100,000 + bonus, shares, 30 days holiday + BH, great parental leave and menopause health package, also a very competitive pension of 15%

Process: 2 stages inc a technical test which they can provide (or bring along an example of a project you have worked on and talk that through with the team) then a behavioural/culture interview.
