SalaryAt TP Tutors we are currently working with Local Authorities and Schools within the Sunderland Area with a particular interest in seeking Tutors to work with SEN schools and children who have SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.
The role:
- Provide 1-1 or small group tuition support to children additional needs.
- Create and deliver sessions based around the children’s individual needs.
- Implement behaviour strategies and techniques to support children to manage their behaviour and emotion effectively.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children to learn in.
Requirements:
- Professional Teaching Qualification is preferred.
- Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase on via TP Tutors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy and resilience skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
