As a KS3 Low Ability Maths and English Tutor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to small groups of KS3 students (ages 11-14) with varying abilities.

- Focus on building fundamental skills in both mathematics and English, ensuring that struggling learners receive the support they need.

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and pace.

- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference.

- Strong knowledge of KS3 mathematics and English curriculum.

- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire students.

- Previous tutoring experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications:

- A relevant degree or teaching qualification (desirable but not mandatory).

- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.

- Experience tutoring students at Secondary Level.
