As a future Third Party Relationship Manager, you will report to our Global Head of Third Party Relationship Management, and you will be part of AXA IM Global COO.

You will be in charge of overseeing the quality of Service provided by our Outsourced Operational providers, (mainly State Street). You will also coordinate the communication between our Outsourced Service providers, (mainly State Street), and our internal business units.
Good understanding of ETFs products is a plus.
Your role and responsibilities will notably include to:
- Act as a point of expertise/escalation for internal departments in respect of our Outsourced Service Providers in particular for Middle Office; Fund Administration and Custodial services for our Irish Funds; and where required UK Funds and mandates.
- Monitor and manage elements of Change between AXA IM and our Outsourced Service Provider.
- Contribute to, and partake in, helping to implement any new Products/Projects related to our Outsourced Service Provider.
- Partake in regular Service Reviews and monitor the KPI's and quality of service delivered by our Outsourced Service Provider, and work with the Service Providers to ensure our KPI's and quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor, control and authorise payment of invoices including relevant Out Of Pocket expenses related to our Outsourced Service Providers and Fund Providers.
- Undertake a number of administrative tasks in order to support the Outsourced Service Providers and internal functions including, where required, review of distribution calculations, financial statements, dealing charges, on-going charges, fund expense budget and review of expense balance sheet accruals
- Undertake appropriate Due Diligence and Oversight on our Outsourced Service Providers, and make sure this is well documented and any issues that are identified are appropriately followed up to a conclusion.
- Undertake the teams duties in respect of Rebates and CASS as identified by your Manager.
- As appropriate, complete review and update of the SLA with the outsourced 3rd parties and make sure that they are up to date, and relevant to meet our business and regulatory needs.
- Produce papers and present finding at fund range board meeting
- Lead the financial and contractual negotiation of new services and Change Requests.
- Initiate, and follow through to conclusion, claims in respect of our 3rd party suppliers.

Your qualifications and experience:
- University degree level education - At least 8 GCSE's or equivalent and 3 A levels or equivalent.
- 3/5 years of experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model.
- Significant experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment.
- Good understanding of operational requirements UK & Irish Vehicles
- Fund Accounting and administration experience
- Any experience on ETFs products would be a plus
- A good understanding of varied areas within Operations of an Asset Management Company in order to be able to critically analyse the appropriateness and suitability of the Outsourced Service Provider covering all aspects of Fund Administration and Middle Office
- Ability to use standard IT tools
- Ability to collaborate/communicate at all levels.

- Ability to monitor and asses KPI's and other performance indicators in respect of our Outsourced Service Provider.
