Fund Controller - Real Estate

Stanford Real Estate Partners are searching for a Fund Controller to work with a pan European investor/asset manager with a portfolio valued over £2bn. The business has excellent backing, and plans in place to double the portfolio over the next few years. Salary up to £75,000 per annum This is a six month contract that may be extended

Responsibilities will include

Produce management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation

Balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and cashflow statements

Managing budgets and forecasting

Monitoring asset performance vs. underwriting

Ensuring all reporting deadlines are met;

Review fund tax returns, VAT returns and other tax compliance

Board reporting

This role will suit a qualified accountant or finalist who has demonstrable experience of working within a Real Estate fund/asset manager. If you speak a European language it would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will have strong excel skills, experience of working with Lux structures and have extensive board reporting exposure.
