Role: Fundraiser
Contracted Hours: Part-Time, 3 Days/22.5 hrs a week
Salary: £18,221
Location: Pembury/Hybrid (2 days on site one day working from home but can be flexible)

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate fundraiser to be part of Aspens vision to create an inclusive society.
We are looking for an outgoing, organised, passionate and proactive fundraiser who thrives on building relationships and who has an eye for detail to join our small fundraising team. As an Aspens fundraiser, you will primarily aim to increase the levels of voluntary income raised by the charity from a range of supporters. The charity’s diverse fundraising activities encompass a range of audiences including individuals, communities, corporates, trusts, foundations and institutions.
Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, the Fundraiser will lead on a number of individual areas, support with larger applications and events, and deliver a critical administrative role within the team.

Essential Availability:
· 22.5hrs/week Monday – Friday with occasional weekend and public holiday hours.
· Flexibility to travel around our geographical locations (currently mainly Kent and Sussex)
Essential Training and Qualifications:
· A-level equivalent
Essential Experience and Knowledge:
· Experience in working in Fundraising or Business Development
· Demonstrable experience in Income Generation
· Proven Experience in Relationship Management
· Proven track records Fundraising in one or more of the following areas – Trusts and Foundations, Institutional Donors, Community Groups, Individual Giving or Events.
· Excellent knowledge of the principles of fundraising
