SalaryProspectus is excited to be partnering with Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) in the search for a Senior Trust Fundraising Manager. Royal British Legion Industries is a national charity supporting the Armed Forces, people with disabilities and people who are unemployed. They improve lives every day by inspiring those who they help and supporting them to find work and lead independent lives. With their own village space that includes space and housing for the people they support, they truly put the people they help at the heart of their work.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of circa £45,000 per annum. The postholder is expected to work a minimum of 3 days per week at Aylesford, Kent.
The postholder will lead an ambitious Trust Fundraising programme across a wide range of capital and revenue projects. These include RBLI’s national employability programme, health, welfare and wellbeing, dementia care, mental health, accessibility, homelessness services, and exciting capital developments.
The ideal candidate will have proven success of fundraising from charitable trusts, foundations and grant makers and a clear track record of securing 6-figure, multi-year grants. You will have proven experience of managing high performing teams and also of successfully delivering against financial targets within specified deadlines.
