Our client is currently looking for a Fundraising Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Fundraising Manager, you will oversee all income-generation activity across our client’s organisation.
Managing applications for grant funding, you will work with the Fundraising Officer to build a strong portfolio of five and six-figure grants and steward them for renewal.
You will also evaluate new ideas for income generation and strategies for implementation, specifically around corporate and challenge events and community fundraising.
Additionally, you will:
- Line manage the Fundraising Team
- Lead on the recruitment and retention of donors
- Ensure an appropriate balance of fundraising activity across all streams
- Conduct impact reporting of fundraising activity and the performance of quarterly appeals
About You
To be considered as a Fundraising Manager, you will need:
- Experience delivering income across individual giving, major donor fundraising and/or trusts and foundations
- Experience line managing fundraising staff
- Excellent knowledge of proper practice in fundraising data and compliance
