SalaryRaising Health, the registered charity of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, is looking for a dynamic Fundraising Manager to take our charity to the next level and further enhance the experience of our patients, their families and staff. Building on the charity’s solid foundation, your role will be lead our fundraising strategy and team, to help us raise funds that are over and above NHS funding, to create high quality, compassionate care and wellbeing for all. This senior role calls for a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager with significant experience of developing and implementing income generation strategies across a wide fundraising mix.
You will have a proven track record in fundraising and income generation for or with a registered local or national charity, at a strategic and operational level. You will need to be a dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active fundraiser, who will show enthusiasm for the projects and services we are seeking funds to support. You will also have excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills, and excellent report writing and presentation skills.
The postholder will work closely with our charitable funds committee, providing advice and updates, and engage and advise a wide range of clinical teams on developing fundraising appeals. Strong networking skills, initiative and the ability to make a mutually beneficial and emotional connection will be important in securing support from potential donors and grant giving bodies.
