SalaryWe are a multi-award winning, creative and innovative organisation with an exciting Executive Assistant vacancy. This role is central to the smooth operation of the Fundraising & Communications directorates at War Child UK. You will work with colleagues across all the directorates, providing first class administrative support across creative projects and the day to day running of the teams. You'll work closely with colleagues from various directorates, gaining invaluable exposure to our innovative fundraising activities and campaigns while directly supporting our Philanthropy and Partnerships Director, Supporter Engagement Director, and Fundraising Engagement Director.

- Able to undertake detail-oriented administrative tasks efficiently and to a high-quality standard.
- Familiar with managing your workload to meet deadlines, manage priorities and hit targets.
- Able to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced live events environment.
- Able to undertake basic analysis of data and produce clear, engaging and professional presentations, proposals, reports and research.
- A true team player, able to maintain effective and collaborative working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions focussed with an excellent attention to detail.
