Description
Your key responsibilities will include...
· Negotiating various agreements with a range of parties including many of the world's largest private banks, alongside distribution and placement agents
· Drafting and reviewing private fund offering materials, partnership agreements, and related fund legal documentation
· Co-ordinating with external counsel with respect to a variety of issues including regulatory, corporate, and fund investment work
· Working closely with the Head of Legal to contribute as part of the global legal function
· Perform ad hoc research projects when necessary
· Working cross-functionally & proactively within the business to cover any legal queries
Profile
The successful candidate will have 2 - 4 years post qualified experience of fund formation within the investment management space. The candidate should have a desire to work at a high-growth company and operate in a cross-border regulatory space.
