As a Funeral Arranger, you'll be at the forefront of creating personalised funeral services that honour the departed. You will liaise closely with families to understand their wishes, provide clear guidance on various funeral options, and coordinate with local entities such as churches, hospitals, crematoriums, and cemeteries. Your role will involve both administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled. Additionally, you will support families during chapel visits and participate in bereavement support groups, embodying empathy and professionalism throughout.
Hours of Work: Standard hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Funeral Arranger Requirements:
* Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Superior communication skills and a courteous telephone manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
