Form of workOur client has their own unique approach to creating handmade truly bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, studies, wine rooms and other bespoke furniture. With a strong design and manufacturing team they encourage customers to visit the showroom and workshop where they are greeted with enthusiasm, an in-depth knowledge of materials and finishes, and a company able to offer a truly bespoke service.
They are now currently looking for a CAD Technician to produce Sales Drawings using Autodesk Revit for bespoke high-end joinery for 6 to 12 months’ maternity cover. You will be joining a company with a very low turnover of staff and a friendly and helpful team. This will be a full-time office based role.
Skills and experience sought for the CAD Furniture Technician:
- You must be computer literate, proficient with AutoCAD and ideally Revit. Full training will be provided for the right candidate which may include a period of working alongside their current CAD Technician as required
- Experience with architecture and fitted furniture
- Able to think for yourself and come up with practical solutions
- Good communication skills, fluent in English
- A real team player, happy to take on any job whether small or large
