Learning and Development - Future Leaders Development Manager
Berkshire – Hybrid
£75,000 – £95,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
Cpl Life Sciences are partnering with one of the top FTSE 100 FMCG companies in Berkshire recruiting for a Future Leaders Development Manager to join their Talent and L&D department, partnering with Heads of L&D, Talent Directors, Capability Leaders, HR and external partners . The Future Leaders Development Manager will support the development, deployment and embedding of global Leadership Development initiatives and programmes within and across GBU and global functions.
Key Responsibilities;
- Design a Future Leaders curriculum including global future leader programmes and integrated learning pathways
- Identify, plan and deliver CoE Future Leaders Development solutions
- Design, evaluation and deployment of existing future leader development programmes, to a global level, including annual nomination processes, building a programme calendar, project manging execution of plans, partnering with external vendors to design and deliver the future leader development programme
- Design, evaluation and deployment of two external Inclusiveness programmes designed to support the careers of women, managing sponsors and advocates for the programme along with the planning, communication and execution of the training
- Utilise the new technology and innovative learning approaches enabled by HR transformation to design and deliver engaging learning experiences
- Ensure senior leaders are informed about any programme updates and results
- Manage the communication plan, change approach and implementation plan to support Future Leaders’ development initiatives
Experience
- Experience of working in leadership, learning and talent development, designing and delivering learning solutions and programmes, in depth learning needs analysis
- Experience of evaluating and delivering leadership development programmes and accessing results
- Strong project management skills
- Experience of working in a global organisation
