SalaryThe Perimeter invites applications for a Picture Gallery Invigilator.
The role of Gallery Invigilator has two main focusses - to ensure the safety and security of the gallery, its collection, and its visitors and to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our visitors and guests on a day-to-day basis. The Invigilators therefore must balance the security needs of this outstanding collection while maintaining professional and friendly customer service and we are looking forward to receiving applications from a wide range of applicants.
The ideal candidate will have experience and love of working with people and/or in a customer facing role. In addition, they will have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong numerical skills. Flexibility to deal with a wide range of tasks and good problem-solving skills is essential and the ideal candidate will have time keeping skills as well as the ability to prioritise task.
Salary is £90 per day. This role will work one or two days per week (Tuesday and/or Saturday). Working hours are during gallery opening times (10AM - 6PM)
