Duties:
- Welcoming customers, briefing on the game rules, health and safety, and game backstory
- Monitoring the teams through CCTV - giving clues when needed and ensuring everything is going smoothly and that the teams fully enjoy their experience
- Taking a team photo and giving a de-brief after the game
- Resetting the room accurately
- Cleaning duties including tidying, dusting, hoovering, maintaining cleanliness of all customer and staff areas. Maintenance of game equipment when required
- Answering enquiries, taking bookings and handling payments both in person and over the phone
- Emailing out team photos and updating Social Media Sites with news, photos and videos
Skill requirements:
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated candidates who are keen to hit the ground running and who have the following qualities:
- A confident, fun, outgoing personality with impeccable customer service skills. You must be comfortable speaking to large groups of people
- You need to be able to use your initiative, think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
- You must be a quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- You need to be reliable, hard-working and driven, with extremely high standards and great attention to detail
- You must be happy to work every Saturday and Sunday, as well ad-hoc week days and at short notice when needed
- Experience in acting, theatre or the entertainment and events sector is an advantage
- Creative experience in design, DIY, art, set building, writing etc is an advantage
