Gaming Support
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Support to help with the performance management of all our gaming machines. Due to the nature of the role you will be travelling around various different regions of the UK as required, particularly around the North of England. The role itself with involve protecting income and improving the servicing, performance and ongoing maintenance of our gaming machines.
This role will include overnight travelling/staying and can be very physically demanding, as it will involve the movement of various gaming machines to optimise the venue layout and potential revenue.
Day to day duties will include:
- Ensuring all sited gaming machines operate to the maximum potential of the venue, taking into account customer profile, machine mix and machine location.
- To effectively communicate with in-house teams and operational management with regards to all relevant technical information.
- To undertake routine visits to all venues within area of responsibility.
- To ensure the repair/replacement of any sited ancillary equipment as and when necessary.
- To ensure all Company equipment is maintained in a good condition and properly accounted for.
