Job description

Gardener/Groundsperson

About you: Estates Division is looking to recruit a Gardener/Grounds Person to provide assistance to the senior grounds supervisor in all duties connected with grounds maintenance around the Universities estate.
As part of a grounds team, you will provide front line support to University Departments by undertaking the routine grounds care and maintenance throughout the seasons.
The ideal candidate will have a good general education with some experienced grounds or garden maintenance. You should have a friendly approach and an ability to work alone or as a team member. This is a great opportunity to work in and around the vast University estate, which is rapidly expanding.
A full British driving licence is essential.
