Venn Group are delighted to have once again partnered with one of our public sector clients to source a fully qualified Gas Engineer for the following assignment:

Location:         Northamptonshire

Contract:         Three months +

Hours:             37 hours p/week + call out scheme

Rate:               All rates quoted are umbrella and inside IR35:

Standard: £26 per hour

Standby: £22 per day

Call out: £27.29 per hour

The main duties of this role will include:

• Providing operational housing maintenance services to enable the continuing improvement of the service
• Undertaking a variety of work including inspecting, repairing, servicing, improving and replacing items in accordance with job orders work programme supplied
• Ordering follow on work and materials as required
• Completing all paperwork (electronic reports/certificates) used in different service areas as required and/or advise call centre/ Repairs Officer of the extent of any work variations or follow on work required

The ideal candidate should have:

• CCN1 qualification (essential)
• Sufficient practical experience in domestic heating maintenance
• Full valid UK driving licence
