AddressGas Engineer/Plumber
Location: Liverpool Site office working around the Kirkdale area – Typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Experienced Gas Engineer with experience working within Social Housing sector, works will be Extending boiler flues, testing and producing certificates in the main with occasion plumbing works
- Previous experience working with isolations, fitting cooker points, gas pipe works alterations and reconnecting appliances will also be beneficial
- Individuals will need to be comfortable undertaking all aspects of domestic gas work including testing.
- The successful candidate must be able to provide evidence of qualifications or training held
- This position require a DBS check
- Certificating all works on the appropriate paperwork.
- Working in both occupied properties
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes

About You
As a Gas Engineer/Plumber you will need to hold a minimum of CKR1, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CPA1 Certifications. You will need to be a confident driver with a Full UK driving licence as travel is involved with this position. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
