Gas Maintenance Engineer– The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to…
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Gas boilers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
Gas Maintenance Engineer– You:
- Gas safe engineer
- 5 years’ experience (after apprenticeship) of boiler fault finding, servicing and repairing.
- Maintenance experience (10 years preferred)
- Gas Safety Certificates
- Full driving licence
- Home address no more than 20 miles radius of OL112YW
- Commission and bonuses available
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
- Proficient in welding techniques for equipment repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various machinery
