Gas & Renewables Pre-Sales Specialist

Tasks-
Ariston U.K are looking for an established Sales Estimator who will be working with both our customers and the sales team to identify and propose solutions that meet customer requirements through all stages of the sales process. You will provide administrative support to our Area Sales Managers and Sales Office, providing a link between the external sales team and our clients.
As well as providing general support and administration to our marketing and sales teams, our new Sales Estimator will be required to produce quotations using the CRM system by interpreting customer requirements from technical specifications and identifying the required ELCO or ATAG products and accessories.
You will liaise with Area Sales Managers and use the quotation app to determine the appropriate level of discount for quotations. You will be a super user for the CRM system, Goldvision, managing database information, running reports and interpreting meaningful sales data. You will be confident in progressing quotations and potential orders via telephone and email, as we as producing potential order reports to the Area Sales Managers using the CRM system.
You will ensure to maintain accurate project notes, dates and order reports in the Goldvision CRM system, creating and updating activities and broadcasts to the ASMs.
Requirements:
- Math, English GCSE Level C or 4 and above
- Heating and Gas industry knowledge is essential
- Proven experience in an administrative role with knowledge / experience of in depth Excel and CRM systems
- Live within close proximity of our Head Office (Basildon / Brentwood)
