Job Title:Gas Safe Engineer (Domestic / Residential)

Lazard Plumbing Heating and Gas is a specialised contractor providing premium installations and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in East London and the Havering area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Boiler breakdowns, repairs, and reactive maintenance of residential heating installations
• Complete boiler and central heating installations for private properties
• Providing excellent customer service

Essential Requirements:

• 10 year's experience in plumbing and central heating installations
• Clean full UK driving licence
• Own Van (fuel allowance)
• Gas Safe registered
• Experienced in central heating installations; understand design and details
• Experienced in underfloor heating installations; understand different systems and design elements

Skills: 

• Boiler and general central heating installations and repairs
• Central heating wiring and controls
• Clear communicator
• Customer handling
• Problem-solving and decision making
