Gas Surveyor

Position Overview:

As a Gas Boiler Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the condition, performance, and safety of gas boilers for residential and commercial properties. You will conduct thorough surveys, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of gas boiler systems in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Evaluate the condition, performance, and efficiency of gas boilers, identifying any faults, defects, or safety concerns.
• Provide expert recommendations and advice on repairs, replacements, or upgrades to improve boiler performance and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed survey reports outlining findings, recommendations, and solutions for clients.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, technicians, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications and certifications.
• Proven experience as a Gas Boiler Engineer or Surveyor, with a strong understanding of gas boiler systems, components, and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and colleagues.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
