Role Details
This role is responsible for Tech leadership of creation of Generative AI as a service and use of large language models that will form the base reusable capability to unlock progress across all other BUK Colleagues & Customer use This resource will be responsible for the tech implementation and optimization of Gen AI models including ML Ops
This role needs

• Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong background in Python and Java programming.
• Deep Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, RAG, GANs and LangChains.
• Developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Developing clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will require experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools such as Hugging Face
