We are currently recruiting for a General Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Windermere Air Cadets, 36 Park Road, Windermere, LA23 2BJ

What you'll be doing

• Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
  
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Basic food preparation including kitchen prep
  • Till work and taking payments
  • Restocking items and stock rotation
  • Making sandwiches and packed lunches
  • General cleaning of front and back of house
  • Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
  • Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
  • We aim for all staff to be multi skilled and flexible with full training and support provided both on the job and via our e learning portal.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
• A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
• DBS and basic security checks required
