QC Legal are working with a reputable nationwide Property Development and Investment company to fill a 7+ PQE General Counsel role in Sheffield. If you are an in-house Corporate lawyer looking for a change or a Corporate lawyer in private practice thinking of making a transformative move, this is the role for you!

This will be a general Corporate role which will consist of a wide variety of corporate matters including but not limited to fund raising, acquisitions, debt finance, financial services regulatory matters, insolvency and shareholder arrangements.

The Candidate:

• You will have 7 years' UK qualified experience from a reputable firm and a track record of success.
• An excellent academic record including a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level.
• A candidate that is passionate, ambitious, and ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
• Someone with excellent business development and marketing acumen to contribute to the firm's growth and maintain and expand the firm's client base.
• This is a client facing role, therefore, the ability to maintain and develop client relationships is essential.
