General garden tidy and clear

Grafter currently has a client looking to fill a role with the following description: Phase one of a house renovation:
Tidy and clear a small garden (skip provided):
- empty and backfill small pond
- clear a small dead apple tree (chainsaw provided)
- level soil for a small dip in front garden
There are many more jobs that need doing but happy to discuss, eg:
- external facia painted
- flag a small rectangle with york stone (provided)
- internal painting (woodwork/walls) etc
