Who are we?

Atkinson Building Services Ltd are a family-run multi-trade contractor who work for domestic clients across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

With years of experience in domestic renovations, conversions, alterations and extensions, we provide high standard home improvement projects while removing the stress for the homeowners.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and have a strong pipeline of work scheduled for 2024.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a hard working general Labourer to join our close-knit team to help deliver our high-end projects to our clients.

As we are a quality and service focused company, we want a candidate who takes pride in what they do and has great customer service skills.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is very motivated and also keen to learn new skills.

With our work being predominantly domestic, the role would be more suited to someone with experience working for a smaller company or experience in residential work.

The role is also better suited to someone looking to secure long-term employment in a great team.

The candidate should meet the following criteria, to join our existing team:

• Friendly and polite towards customers and other staff.
• Can pull together with the team to meet deadlines.
• Someone who is passionate about maintaining great customer reviews and company reputation.
• Has a full UK driving licence for driving works vans when required.

Duties will include assisting our current team with various aspects of building and joinery work. The candidate should ideally have prior experience in a similar role.

We are a hardworking and dedicated close-knit team who strive to provide excellent service and quality to our domestic customers. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with the same values and professionalism to join our team.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

A full time employed position is offered after successful probationary period.

28 days holiday per year.

Pension contributions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
