Your rate of pay and hours of work
The offered wage stands at 12 per hour, with holiday pay accrued. The working schedule spans from Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 to 16:00. Additional perks include complimentary on-site parking facilities.
Responsibilities within your new role as General Labourer
- Completing various labour tasks such as scarifying, aerating, sweeping/raking, and disposing of waste
- Supporting machinery operations, with potential training for capable individuals
- Distributing flyers to nearby homes to attract more clientele
- Ensuring a consistently tidy, secure and safe work area
Your experience, qualifications and personality
Candidates with prior experience in general labour or gardening are preferred. Possession of a valid driver's license and personal transportation is desirable but not essential. The role entails undertaking physically demanding duties in varying weather conditions; thus, resilience and adaptability are key. Attention to detail is crucial for delivering a quality service, alongside effective communication and teamwork skills.
