We are seeking enthusiastic persons, to support our already skilled workforce.
You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on sites throughout Scotland, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
Training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with gritblasting and industrial painting tasks.
- Assist with manufacturing roles within our workshops, and installation of equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
