Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic direction, driving operational excellence and productivity.
- Process Management: Optimise complex, low volume, high variation manufacturing processes.
- Budget and P&L Mastery: Innovate cost-effective solutions, effectively managing resources for growth and efficiency. Must have experience managing full P&L and budgets.
- Team Management and Development: Build and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning goals and expectations.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure operations comply with industry standards, upholding our reputation for high-quality output.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex operational challenges, making critical decisions under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or master s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven General Management experience, ideally in aerospace or precision engineering. Must have experience managing full P&L and budgets. Solid understanding of complex, low volume, high variation manufacturing processes.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Attributes: Resilience and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
