This role has arisen due to the group's continued success, which has led to management restructuring. The property is an extremely popular destination for locals and is situated in a prime location in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre.The Job:Taking responsibility and overseeing all food & beverage operations within this location, you will lead from the front and be the pivotal General Manager of this unique location. As General Manager, youll train, develop and motivate the team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the guests needs are met and exceeded. Working closely with your DGM and team you will ideally be from an F&B hands-on background and not be adverse to a fast-paced high customer turnover environment.ThePerson:Previous experience working and developing licensed businesses in high-volume and quality venues is essential. You will be experienced in either hotel, catering or preferably a restaurant business, be proactive in generating and driving sales, and be inspirational to your team. You will also ensure compliance with all Licensing and Health & Safety Legislation is adhered to.
