The Role: As the General Manager, you will:

• Lead a vibrant, busy restaurant that’s part of an expanding brand.
• Bring bags of enthusiasm and a knack for leadership to develop and inspire your team.
• Be accountable for all aspects of the site, including team recruitment, health and safety, financial management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Enjoy a supportive work environment with attractive packages designed to foster stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the business and proactively manage the site.
• Embrace a multifaceted role with ample challenges and learning opportunities.
• Manage finances effectively.
• Lead by example and effectively manage team members.
• Communicate actively with both internal and external customers.
• Support the Regional Manager in enhancing the company's image.
• Train and develop all team members.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
