What we are looking for in our General Managers;
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and high volume restaurant environment
- Background in good standard establishments
- Sales and guest focused personality
- Good understanding of restaurant economics and a keen driver of internal and external sales
- Can commute to or live locally to Stirling
- Experience in using and understanding restaurant systems i.e: Stock link, Res Diary and Access systems etc.
- Good understanding of budget controls
- Excellent communication skills
